Is FDI Mobile a SCAM?
Absolutely NOT! This is for real people.
How do i get the iPhone or Droid on FDI's service?
If you want to use an existing phone that is a GSM phone that runs on a SIM card, you can. The phone just needs to be unlocked and all you would have to do is order a sim card from FDI instead of a phone. Then your good to go.

You can find an unlocked GSM Droid on Amazon (This is a different droid than the one on Verizon's service, It runs on a SIM card)
Can I switch to FDI Mobile but keep the phone number I already have from another carrier? How would that work?
Yes, it is possible to keep the number you already have from another wireless or landline carrier. All you have to do is fill out the phone number transfer form and fax it in with the payment information for the $25 transfer fee, and we'll do the rest.

Transferring your number to FDI Mobile is easy. Once you've provided your account information, FDI Mobile will contact your previous phone company to complete the transfer.
Can I get insurance on my cell phone with FDI Mobile?
Yes. You can get full insurance on your phone just like you do with all other carriers for an additional fee of course.
Is FDI Voice and FDI Mobile the same thing?
No. FDI Voice is a separate service which allows you to combine your mobile, home or office phone into one phone number. FDI Voice plans are unlimited plans that are feature packed with additional services such as a personal concierge, credit repair, and much more. Once you signup to become an FDI Rep you are automatically enrolled into an FDI Voice plan that starts at $39.95 a month. If you want to take advantage of the FDI Voice Hands Free service with Kylee LIVE that is an additional $9.95 a month. FDI Reps are able to take advantage of the residual income opportunity and bonuses that FDI provides, and turn FDI services and products into a business of their own.
How long will it take for me to get my FDI Mobile phone or SIM card?
Currently the wait time is 7-10 business days for the SIM cards and 10 business days for the phones to be activated and shipped out from our warehouse. We are actively working on improving this turn around time.
